File an inquiry referencing your Order ID and courier consignment number.
✅ 1. Eligibility Conditions
- Return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of parcel delivery.
- Missing signatures, blank pages, inverted printing, or split spine binding qualify for instant free replacement.
- Wrong title delivery will be exchanged at zero additional cost to the customer.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
- Damages caused by deliberate rough handling, highlighting, water spills, or torn pages post-delivery.
- Requests filed past the 7 calendar days return window.
- Change of mind after accepting an intact and verified title.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned book at our Dhaka dispatch depot, approved refunds are disbursed within 3 to 5 business days directly to the customer's bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
