1How can I place an order for books?
Browse to the desired book page and click 'Add to Bag' or proceed directly to 1-Click Checkout. Fill in your name, contact phone number, and full delivery address, then confirm your Cash on Delivery order.
2What are the shipping costs and delivery timelines?
Delivery within Dhaka city is ৳60 (24–48 hours) and outside Dhaka is ৳120 (3–5 working days). Orders exceeding ৳5,000 qualify for 100% Free Nationwide Delivery.
3Can I inspect the parcel upon delivery before paying COD?
Yes, our courier partners support parcel inspection in the presence of the delivery agent before paying the COD balance.
4What is your policy if a book has printing defects or missing pages?
Contact our helpline or WhatsApp (+880 1787-711741) within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos of the defective pages. We issue an immediate free replacement or full refund.
5How can I track the real-time shipping status of my order?
Visit our dedicated 'Track Order' page (`/track-order`) and input your Order ID or phone number to view live courier transit milestones.
6What is the binding and paper archival quality of your reprints?
Each title is bound in royal hardcover with Smyth-sewn book blocks and printed on 80gsm acid-free Swedish book paper designed for generational preservation.
