1. Purchase Orders & Binding Intent
By submitting an order on Booksmuggler, you confirm your legal intent to receive and settle the indicated book consignment. Our dispatch team may contact you via telephone to confirm delivery coordinates prior to courier pickup.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitments
Cash on Delivery operates on reciprocal trust. Frivolous order placement or malicious parcel refusal upon rider arrival damages logistics partners and may result in permanent phone number restriction across the network.
3. Intellectual Property & Archival Reprints
Historic Bengal gazetteers, forgotten records, and public-domain classics republished by Booksmuggler are curated for scholarly preservation. Storefront branding, typographical composition, and custom graphics remain protected assets.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dhaka.
